I’m not sure why the author decided to change the text, but I was disappointed. I bought this to read to my preschool class, just as I used to read it to my children every night. What happened to “a mad cat, a sad cat, a feelin-like-a-fool cat?”Felt like the best lines were rewritten to be watered down. Other than that, great book.
