I've had one of these for years. It's just a list words, showing how they are spelt and I find it essential for those dubious words that I am not sure about like commits and committal. It's also useful for passwords. I have bought one for my daughter who was a PA and my grandchildren have one now on their homework bookshelf. Sadly they can only be obtained 'used' now. Recommended if you can find one.
