This is a pamplet not a book, so it gets lost on the shelf. Each of the thirty-ish recipes are accompanied by a photograph, most full page wasting a lot of space.More is wasted on really basic no-cook assemblies, such as 'marinated olives' and 'cucumber with minted yoghurt'.This booklet would best suit beginners to Middle Eastern food with little storage space, and no smartphone or tablet. Anyone wanting to really explore ME cuisine should consider Salma Hage's 'The Lebanese Kitchen'.
