My 13 month old daughter adores this book and regularly asks to read it together, or she flips through the pages and babbles to the book herself. She has enjoyed this book since we got it when she was around 9 months old. The book has a variety of flaps and sliders with different levels of difficulty, which is nice as it provides new skills for my daughter to learn as she gets older.The book illustrations are colourful and cheerful. While the text is very simple, I personally don’t think this detracts from the book since the pages have so many different images you can improvise and add to the story yourself. My daughter loves to point at the different kids, dogs, or animals and we talk about them as we read the book. I will be purchasing more books in this series since it has been such a hit with my daughter.
