Although this story may seem silly and unrealistic, this is a Korean Folk based on a true story. What is true about this story is that ancient Shilla's 48th King Kyungmoon really had huge ears. The person summoned to make the king's clothes noticed the king's ears were big. On his way home from the palace, the man yelled out, "the king has donkey ears!" in a bamboo forest, and later there were rumors that the winds in the forest whispered the exact words. Or so they say...
