I placed the order for this book on March 13, 2010 along with other items from Amazon. The anticipated delivery was between March 27 - April 5, 2010 for this book since it came from a vendor. On April 9th, I contacted, via email, the vendor who apologized and stated the book would be sent priority mail. Today is April 14th and the book still has not arrived. I am disappointed more that the delivery charges were more than the book cost and I STILL don't have the book! I never had this problem with anything I've ordered directly from Amazon. I learned a valuable lesson. I also have to decide whether to keep the faith this vendor will live up to their promise or contact my credit card company to stop payment.
