I love this cook book. I was impressed with great quality full color pictures of every dish!! I've made quite a few soups from this, and they were all delicious!!There are so many different recipes it'll take me a while to try all of them!! Perfect little gem for a long rainy winter in Oregon :)I'm thinking of getting different ones from the same author. It is worth every penny!!
