Not too bad. Have been hunting for easy to do maths and english workbooks for my 7 year old which she can just go off and do by herself. Most have instructions and activities set out so complicated, you have to spend hours explaining how to do each exercise before they can even start. Ridiculous. So this book is set out fairly straighforwardly with only a little explaining needed. Better than most.
